Workforce Planner - Trainer & Assessor
CROWN MELBOURNE

Reporting directly to the Workforce Planning Manager, the Workforce Planning Trainer and Assessor will be responsible for labour analysis and planning in F&B outlets; compliance monitoring in relation to Crown Melbourne’s Enterprise Agreement, relevant Modern Awards and visa regulation; and roster and timesheet training for F&B and Hotels.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Roster planning and building for F&B and Hotels Business Units
  • Labour analysis to support F&B business unit to achieve optimal labour efficiency
  • Ensuring roster compliance for F&B and Hotels roster in line with Crown Melbourne Enterprise Agreement and relevant applicable Modern Awards
  • Ensuring visa compliance for Crown Melbourne in line with Crown Visa Management policy and Immigration policies
  • Provide support and relevant training to ensure that users in F&B and Hotels uses Crown Melbourne rostering systems effectively, specifically relating to VR, ET and TASC
  • Develop strong relationships with various stakeholder and provide expert advice to stakeholders
What you need:
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet established reporting timeframes
  • Experience with staff rostering and HR and rostering systems such as Virtual Roster, PeopleSoftHR will be highly regarded
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Advanced influencing, negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • The holder of, or ability to obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
