Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is a unique cross-border public health service and the largest regional health service between Sydney and Melbourne. The Opportunity
AWH requires an ICT Integration Analyst to join our Information Management team. This is a key role in ensuring AWH’s digital health priorities and corporate efficiency goals are well supported by scalable, interoperable, and reliable data, workflow, automation, and messaging systems: the Integration Platform(s). This role will be involved in the implementation of new enterprise integration platforms and will be trained on the specific products accordingly.
The ICT Integration Analyst will provide integration solution development and analysis support for migration projects and new implementations, whilst providing and developing sustainable support models and enhancements inclusive of vendor and service provider partnership.
Primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Participate as the ICT representative for AWH application, workflow, or reporting related projects involving new, migrated, or revised system integrations or data flows
- Liaise with endpoint vendors and users to understand and document integration requirements;
- Ensure all data integration packages, configurations, and environments are tested, validated, and documented before live deployment;
- Develop and support data extract, transform and load activities on integration platforms;
- Provide subject matter expertise for new initiatives and upgrades associated with integration platforms.

Selection Criteria
- Mandatory : Relevant qualification or experience: industry certification of MCP/MCSE; relevant University Degree; Certificate IV in Information Technology or related field; or demonstrated extended relevant experience in the field at the same technical level as the position that is described in this document.
- Mandatory : Practical experience working in complex and distributed application environments
- Mandatory : Experience interacting with stakeholders (internal and external) to obtain requirements; analyse the requirements; prepare the specifications; and design the associated modules and tasks.
- Mandatory : Experience with system implementations and transitioning from project phase to on-going systems support and disaster recovery design.
- Mandatory : Experience supporting and delivering to schedules across multiple parallel projects with diverse requirements.
- Mandatory : Understanding of, and experience with, contemporary data integration and interface development technologies and standards.
- Mandatory : Technical competence with SQL system administration and query / procedure development.
- Mandatory : Current Victorian Driver's license or equivalent.
- Desirable : 5+ years experience within the health industry.
- Desirable : ITIL experience and/or certification.
- Desirable : Experience in application lifecycle management and design of integration solutions.
- Desirable : Experience with Business Intelligence applications as well as enterprise integration frameworks.
- Desirable : Experience with Data Mapping exercises and utilities, either enterprise or application based.
- Desirable : Practical experience using integration and / or reporting solutions utilising the HL7 standard(s).
