Role: Business Support Coordinator, Investigation and Analysis (Role until - 30 June 2021)

Position Summary:
Coordinate the business and corporate priorities and activities of the DIME Branch.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational, project and executive support to the Directors, DIME Branch and broader DIME Branch Team.
- Coordinate and manage the business and operational processes of the DIME Branch.
- Work with the Workforce Planning & Development team and Workforce Deployment team as required to onboard and induct new staff to the Team.
- Work with the Roster team as required to ensure coverage across shifts as per Team requirements.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings including coordination,preparation of agendas, m inutes and actions as required
- Undertake research, investigation, review and general analysis of issues required by the DIME Branch, or other senior groups/stakeholders
- Expand and maintain a sound understanding of government processes and compliance obligations, political s ensitivities and the complexities of the current operating environment
- Plan and organise relevant tasks to support corporate service delivery needs
- Build and manage collaborative and cooperative stakeholder relationships across the Department and wider government group
- Other duties as required or directed by the Directors, DIME Branch
