Your new role

This role sits within the Learning team and forms part of the
firm’s People Experience group. The Learning team is
responsible for the design, development and sourcing of a range of
programs and help build a learning culture where professional
development is at the core of each persons’ career within the

As the Learning and Capability Manager, you will collaborate on
the design and delivery of a variety of leadership and learning
interventions to help our people navigate their own
learning. You will use your organisation and project skills to
plan, direct and coordinate a program of organisational change,
leadership, and development programs to enhance our people’s
capability and performance.

Working closely with the HR Business Partners, you will also work
to embed a culture of feedback across each business unit within the
Firm and partner with the business to respond to leadership,
learning and career pathway needs. 

To do this you will effectively engage and collaborate with the
firm and key stakeholders to curate content, enhance and maintain
our learning resources and records and use technology to deliver
innovative and engaging learning experiences in an ever-changing

What you bring

You are confident and passionate with the ability to engage and
consult with all levels of the business. You have a passion for
learning, leadership and further development of business
performance through fit for purpose programs of work.

You are adept at initiating new programs, an adaptable and
resourceful individual who takes pride in your strong relationship
skills to facilitate collaboration and to bring people together to
achieve results. You will be comfortable in providing leadership
guidance and influencing cultural change and development,
navigating complexities when they arise and celebrating successes
with your colleagues and stakeholders as you progress.

This is a 12-month contract role and consideration will
be given to applicants wanting to work 4 or 5 days.

Due to current COVID restrictions, interviews may be conducted

in the office and from home.
