Contract Centre Help Desk - Inbound Positions Tier 2

Positions:CCO | Customer Contact Officers

Availability:8am –8pm, 7 days with the flexibility to work additional hours

Call Types:EMS | Tier Two| Telephony

Training days:Monday to Friday

Training times:6.00am -2.00pm and 2.30pm –10.30pm

On boarding team

Pay rate:CCCA | Contact Call Centre Award

Base $20.82 per hour during training plus penalties for out of normal hours

Base $22.70 per hour thereafter plus penalties for out of normal hours

Duties include assisting inbound calls, DHS , Medicare

Requirements: Showing Strong work ethic, calm solving skills,

Self sufficient, Fast Pace
