We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Electrical Integration Engineer for a contract role within client's Product Development team based in Melbourne / Geelong.

Position Description:
- Represent Electrical Engineering in various Financial and Program management forums. - Program management of all Electrical Engineering project deliverables. - Work collaboratively with the Electrical Engineers to support the delivery of project milestones on time with quality. - Implement a 'data driven' approach and use this as evidence based decision making. Use this data to develop next step action plans to meet program timing and prioritise resources. - Develop strong working relationships with cross functional and regional support teams in Program Management, Launch Teams, Purchasing and Global Engineering departments. - Lead resolution of complex, matrix reporting issues to support program delivery.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Able to successfully bring cross functional team together across different cultures and time zones to ensure repeated delivery of own & shared objectives. - Highly proactive and able to demonstrate and inspire a 'can do' attitude. - Strong emotional maturity. - Ability to see the big picture and have a strong drive to reach the right outcome for the business. - Able to guide and coach younger, less experienced engineers. - Strong and consistent communicator able to tailor appropriately. - Able to handle complex Electrical Systems across multiple programs with very little supervision or guidance.
