The opportunity:

As a Client Service Representative you will handled inbound telephone calls from clients and advisers who are requiring assistance with policy maintenance or general enquiries. You will be accountable for delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond for our clients and advisers.

We have three short term contracts available

2 X 6 month

1 X 3 month

To do this successfully you will:

  • Drive exceptional customer outcomes by investigating and resolving disputes pertaining to the expectations of the adviser versus our product rules, business practice and our data.
  • Drive exceptional service outcomes by achieving all targeted turnaround times and service level agreements
  • Responding to general inquiries received to internal email accounts established within the teams within the agreed turnaround time set by the business
  • Ensuring all audit responses are completed on time

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience working in a time demanding and process driven environment
  • Experienced in MS Office Tools
  • Phone based experience will be highly advantageous
