torquejobs are seeking experienced Hi-Rail Excavator Operators/ HR Drivers (TVO Ticketed) for ongoing positions based in the Melbourne Metro area for an ASAP start.

About the role:

• Monday to Friday work (required to work weekends)
• MUST be available for both nightshift & dayshift – must be flexible with roster
• Earliest starts will be - 06:30am
• Casual Temp to perm opportunities
• Ongoing work
• Excavator Rate: Dayshift $45.04/ Nightshift $58.55 + penalties + travel ($33.63) + meal ($15.71)
• HR Drivers: Dayshift $40.59 / Nightshift $45.04 + penalties + travel ($33.63) + meal ($15.71)
• Weekly Pay!

Job Requirements:

• MUST have RIW Card
• HR Licence
• White card
• Full PPE
• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating various size Excavators in a rail/construction environment.

RIW Card Requirements:

• Railway Medical Category 1 (Safety Critical)
• TVO – Track vehicle Operator
• CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
• TLIF2080 Safely access the rail corridor
• TLIB1028 Maintain and use hand tools
• TLID1001 Shift materials safely using manual handling methods
• TLIF1001 Follow work health and safety procedures
• TLIE1003 Participate in basic workplace communication
• TLIU2008 Apply environmental procedures to rail infrastructure
• TLIF2010 Apply fatigue management strategies
• TLIF2062 Apply awareness of safe working rules and regulations OR TLIW2001 Operate under track protection rules
