With offices around the world, this global vendor has been performing exceptionally well in APAC, counting some of the largest companies in Australia as clients. This vendor has a strong focus on the Customer Experience (CX) space and has been making waves due to the innovation in their software solutions. Due to this growth, they are looking for a Strategic Account Executive in Melbourne to join them.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • You will be measured on new and existing revenue growth, customer satisfaction and customer retention.
  • Establish and drive a new business pipeline that will see focussed growth.
  • You will need to manage and cultivate relationships at a variety of levels which will broaden and deepen reach and coverage re increase profit and client satisfaction.
  • Lead the weekly business and strategy reviews/updates.
  • Create strategic customer account plans demonstrating the vendor’s capability and driving new growth opportunities.
  • Be an SME on all relevant technology, services and best practices.
  • Manage and drive customer contracts and contract renewals.

Experience Needed

  • Demonstrable experience as an Account Executive who has come from the SaaS or Technology industry with strong account management skills with the ability to drive new business within a small portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • You have worked at the C-level and done so on a regular basis.
  • Worked towards a $1M+ USD revenue target and been successful in achieving this.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and with the ability to navigate large enterprise organisations.
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written.


  • Up to $200k base + Super + $300k OTE uncapped
