Team & Position Overview

The Client Engagement Team (CET) is the analytic and consultative backbone of Analytic Partners. We believe that the most successful way to service our clients is to employ a business model where the people who are partnering with the client are the same as the people who prepare, analyze, and deliver insightful, data-driven results and guide clients to use our technology solutions to make optimal decisions. Analytic Partners does not offshore or outsource any of our work; it is all done in-house. Therefore, this high-touch service requires a passion for analytics, balanced with strong communication, a consultative approach, and the ability to deliver a software plus services solution, all to enable our clients to grow their ROI.

At Analytic Partners you will advise and partner with large, well-known businesses, many of which are Fortune 500 or 100 companies. Your work will help influence their strategic and tactical planning for marketing and beyond, creating growth opportunities which are measured in the tens of millions of dollars. We develop relationships with our clients and meet with senior audiences, from brand managers to media directors to CMOs and CEOs. You will learn, measure, and be an expert on marketing, from the basics to contributing to the latest innovations and developments. Our impactful insights are derived from our ability to build accurate and predictive models. A deep understanding of our clients’ data and business, in combination with our customised approach, allows us to “solve the puzzle” of what drives sales, appointments, accounts, brand health, or whatever it is our client wants to do more of.

You will work as part of a team, spending a portion of your day collaborating with colleagues and clients and part of your day working independently. The Consultant role covers a range of leadership responsibilities across multiple projects, including processing data for analysis, building models, and creating presentations that communicate impactful insights and recommendations to our clients. Your role will also include leading and guiding junior analysts in their day-to-day tasks as well as career development. Your work will expand beyond the client as you take a critical role in company-wide initiatives.

You Will Own & Collaborate On
  • Lead multiple client engagements day-to-day, in collaboration with CET leadership, to help clients make optimal investment decisions based on the combination of our technology and advisory services
  • Manage client delivery: align project timelines, manage key client communication, manage tasks and goals of other team members, ensure deliverables are of high quality and meet the internal quality control guidelines.
  • Be accountable and reliable leader in the client communication, managing ad-hoc questions
  • Lead and manage a team to drive analysis and insights that lead to informed decisions and improved business performance for clients
  • Manage resource allocations wisely to ensure high client satisfaction while also balancing account profitability goals
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding client business objectives and deliver presentations with actionable insights and recommendations to drive client value and long-term partnerships
  • Guide client adoption of insights, helping to address cultural and organisational barriers so that clients can realise the potential value of optimised investments.
  • Work with client to identify white space and mutually beneficial opportunities to incrementally build the analytics program with the client(s) through either new analytic techniques or regional expansion
  • Train and coach new & existing team members, guiding career growth and leading performance management discussions
  • Be an innovative voice for new client solutions: Collaborate with project teams and the Technology Engineering Team (R&D) to continuously evolve our statistical methodologies, develop new ways of solving complex client business problems and help develop new tools and capabilities
  • Contribute significantly to internal initiatives to drive a culture of agility and organisational efficiency for scalability
  • Collaborate with office leadership to balance project resources across teams and projects
  • Support leadership in managing towards revenue targets
  • Be a leader in the office and drive positive culture, being a role model for others

Qualifications & Experience You Will Need
  • 4 to 6+ years of experience with marketing mix modeling, digital media analysis, business focused analytics, advertising effectiveness analysis or other related client insights experience
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; other tools such as VBA, SQL, R, and/or Python a plus but not required
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Project and people management experience is preferred
  • Experience developing and presenting presentations using insights derived from analytics
  • Prior experience using data to solve complex business questions and drive business solutions
  • The ability to occasionally travel domestically and/or internationally
