The Hospital
Located in North Brisbane, this opportunity will allow you to make the most of the beautiful Queensland weather. This major hospital provides a broad range of services including ENT, General Medical, Surgical, Rehabilitation and Orthopaedics in an acute care setting.

Your New Role
You will be an experienced Clinical Nurse or Nurse Unit Manager who can bring their clinical expertise and experience into this key leadership role. Moving into this new opportunity you will have the ability to grow and develop a positive team and culture within the unit.

You will be responsible for the clinical services and management of a multidisciplinary team in a highly respected hospital, within the general medical/rehabilitation department. You'll continue to be a positive role model for staff offering support and guidance whilst maintaining the clinical standards.

About You
* Current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 5 years of clinical experience within a hospital setting
* Proven developed leadership and interpersonal skills
* Experience in a clinical nurse or NUM position within a medical or rehab ward
* Strong understanding of the business & financial acumen
* Proven ability to lead a high performing clinical team
