Business Analyst with Change Management experience for Banking program (#20981)

The Position Is Responsible For

The business analyst will be responsible in supporting the delivery and change management activities of a key strategic program.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery.
• Monitoring and responding to queries,
• Issuing out communications,
• Business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Implementing and testing of solutions
• Design, develop requirements and execution of progress reporting
  
  

• The role will be required to support an APRA submission for People & Culture related to HR Transformation. This role will work closely with the Project Director on the submission and also the ongoing risk/controls required for the program set up and implementation. Further information will be provided.
  
  

• Banking BA With HR Transformation experience ideal.
  
  

• This role needs strong experience in PMO related activities preferably to Transformation (multi-year, large investments) programs in financial services.
