Ballarat Health Services is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (Division 1) to join our team as the Nurse Unit Manager and for James Thomas Court

James Thomas Court is a 34 bed Aged Care Facility with 15 Transition Care Beds as well. As the manager for the facility you will lead a diverse and committed staff group in delivering high quality aged care and transition care services. You will have extensive clinical experience, previous experience in a management position, and proven leadership ability.

Key Selection Criteria

Qualifications & Experience

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA.
  • Post Graduate qualifications in relevant specialty and/or management or working towards the same would be an advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years clinical experience as a nurse.
  • Previous nurse management experience.
