This Company has a well-recognized brand in their industry sector and they are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager. This high profile role will be to cover a maternity leave period and will be initially for a period of 10 months, with the possibility of an extension.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture this will be a truly broad role which will partner with the business and see you being accountable for the following key areas;

  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Management and Appraisals
  • Succession Planning
  • Talent Acquisition and onboarding
  • Providing advice around employee issues and policies
  • Organisational design and change management

This business is continuing to progress through change and transformation and it will be critical that you have a forward thinking approach and see challenges as opportunities to improve. You should be confident in your knowledge and be able to liaise with all levels of people, including senior executives. You should have previous experience at a similar level already and possess strong ER and change management skills. In addition, you should have people leadership skills, strong systems knowledge, be a team player with excellent communication skills. An immediate start is preferred.
