About the role

Taking a customer needs based approach, you will assist annecto clients ensuring that they understand the full value of their support services and packages. As the first point of contact, you will supervise a group of Support Workers who are responsible for providing direct client care. You will provide solutions to any identified concerns or unmet needs and educate clients on all the benefits that they may have access to.

Ideal candidates would have the experience, knowledge and capability as outlined below;

  • Experience in workforce management, rostering and scheduling
  • Knowledge of local community services
  • Community development experience
  • Energetic self-starter
  • Customer centric and outcomes oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using Customer Management and Relationship databases
  • Results driven
