JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implement store layouts and floor plans which maximise store sales
- Implement direction in all top stores across windows, instore, styling of mannequins both Sussan & Sportsgirl
- In conjunction with Retail Operations team, re-work store layouts to flex product, maximise traffic flow, key selling areas and best/slow selling areas
- Ensure VM standards in focus stores reflect the current trends and direction
- Communicate daily with Group VM Team, communicate monthly direction to Store Managers and coordinate the supply of VM materials and equipment to stores where necessary
- Collaborate with VM Team to determine store training and development requirements
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience working in VM (Volume Fashion Retail experience desirable)
- Qualification in VM
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail, a creative eye
- Ability to make decisions and problem solve
- Collaborative nature - the ability to work closely as a team
