Join us as a Field Marketing Advisor on our Marketing team in Sydney to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve
As a Field Marketing Advisor, you will work on the development and execution of the go-to-market field marketing plans to support specific growth initiatives, localizing and adapting global content and programs that achieve sales demand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new opportunity and pipeline acceleration programmes jointly with sales

  • Research, design and manage live events in collaboration with events team for target segments and regions to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates

  • Forecast, measure, analyse and report on impact of marketing programs

  • Proactively engage with ANZ Sales, Demand Generation and Global Event teams, Product Marketing and Comms teams to manage, communicate, and optimise the impact of marketing activities

  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including event venues and services, data brokers, industry associations

  • Communicate with and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities

  • Working in partnership with inside sales team through the full leads lifecycle to provide context, relevancy and optimise conversion.

  • Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, approaches and strategies that drive revenue growth and marketing efficiencies

  • Collaborate with fellow segment marketers on joint initiatives, ideas, successes and process improvement

  • Create content for abstracts, on-site sales tools and win stories

  • Point of contact for sales segment for marketing requests and needs

Essential Requirements
• 5 to 8 years of related experience
• Advanced knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations, and advertising
• Good communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams/work groups

Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
