Roles And Responsibilities

  • Working with Business / functional analyst to iron out business requirements issues and baseline the requirements for development.
  • Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) and perform ballpark estimations, design, development, testing, root cause analysis of defects, NFR testing support and implementation activities. Able to produce all related documentation.
  • Understanding ‘As-Is’ systems and perform impact analysis and provide inputs to new / enhanced systems requirements
  • Document and share learnings from the project (technically as well as from domain perspective), seek information and leverage knowledge from other projects in order to drive higher efficiency effectiveness and preserve organization knowledge.
  • Understanding & performing of application support activities like incident & problem management.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, and tools for tracking defects & incidents

Key Skills /Competencies
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in .NET applications development and support (Windows based and Web based applications)
  • Expertise in MS technologies - .NET Framework (3. 5 & above), ASP. Net, C#, VB. Net, ADO. Net, Web Services, WPF, WCF, Entity Framework, Web API
  • Experience in relational database structure and design using SQL Server, SSIS & SSRS
  • Experience in Angular/Node JS/React JS is an added advantage
  • Good understanding of design patterns, Azure DevOps & development
  • Working experience in Agile methodologies
  • Experience of conducting System/ Application appreciation to understand application functionality
  • Good hands on programming experience in .NET
  • Must have experience in delivering ITIL processes i.e. Incident/ Problem/ Change/ Release management etc.
  • Demonstrated experience Incident triaging, diagnosing troubleshooting issues
  • Good analytical abilities and debugging skills
  • Experience of working in multi-team/ vendor environments which require high stakeholder management
  • Experience of working with Government agencies
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and processes
  • Keen to learn new technical skills
