An opportunity exists for an experienced Grade 2 Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic and innovative Speech Pathology department. This part time temporary position will involve patient care in the acute and/or subacute inpatient setting and clinical education.

This is a part time short term contract until December 2021

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Assess and manage dysphagia and communication impairment within the acute and/or subacute setting

  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Provide clinical supervision of staff and/or students

  • Contribute to quality improvement and professional development

  • Ensure safe and high quality patient care is delivered in line with Western Health values and policies.
