Role: Senior Change Specialist, CET Data and Intelligence (Role until - 30 June 2021)

Position Summary: 

Reporting to the Principal Adviser, Change Management Lead, this role will support the Lead in the implementation of new projects that will be rollout for the Community Engagement & Testing Command. The role requires deep experience in design and delivery of change management and in working with multiple stakeholder groups.

Are you:

  • Experienced in the development and implementation of change management strategies and application of change management methodologies and tools
  • Experienced in supporting change through the introduction of new technology and digital tools, and simplifying complex ‘tech talk' to layman terms
  • Able to clearly communicate messages to a variety of audiences, influence others, rapidly build capability and support change toward a common vision or goal

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of new projects that will be rollout for the Community Engagement & Testing Command.
  • Support the development and execution of change delivery to support the rollout of a new COVID-19 response systems. 
  • Lead the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
  • Providing information and regular support to stakeholders.
  • Being point of contact for various working groups as it relates to the change and project activity.
  • Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and what it means from a change delivery perspective
  • Build and maintain positive relationships across the department and the wider sector to build a user centric culture and to achieve stakeholder alignment. This includes liaison and relationship management with local health services regarding COVID-19 testing.
  • Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
  • Demonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department's ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective support and services.
  • Take utmost care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
