Position Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced construction Senior Project Manager to support project delivery for the Asset Maintenance Unit Unit, Housing Division. The Senior Project Manager is a key role in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Government's agenda to deliver the $155 million maintenance program to 15,000 properties across the state over two years.

The role will require a dynamic, flexible and experienced candidate with experience in all facets of project management including coordinating procurement processes, providing authoritative advice, and building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver key project outcomes.

Are you:

  • Experienced in supporting the management and delivery of high-volume contracts with multiple consultancies and stakeholders
  • Able to manage and oversee the full lifecycle of projects (including feasibility, design management, town planning, tendering and contract administration) with a focus of identifying risks and establishing risk mitigation processes
  • A dynamic team-player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, committed to delivering outcomes under tight timeframes
  • Passionate and driven about the Government's agenda of substantially increasing social and affordable housing in Victoria?
