Role purpose The key purpose of the Guest Experience Manager is to be the face of the centre and enrich customer experiences. In addition, this role will support the Centre Management team with various projects as required, including the implementation of the guest experience strategy, identifying innovative guest experience activities and supporting the development of unique partnerships with external stakeholders.

This is a full-time role working working from 10am to 6pm Wednesday - Sunday, as well as public holidays.
