The Compliance and Planning Lead will play a key part in the administration, management and compliance of the Annual Infrastructure Works Plan, claims and change management processes.

Main duties:

  • Day to day maintenance of the AIWP in P6 ensuring budgets, activities and funding are accurate, traceable and comprehensive
  • Partner with delivery areas to drive the AIWP change management process
  • Provide accurate and timely data to ensure that the monthly infra claim is submitted within agreed timelines
  • Actively review, action, support closure and report on non-compliances and interface with the appropriate managers / leads as applicable.
  • Act as liaison with Asset Disciplines to manage future long term planning asset selection
  • Produce weekly/Monthly compliance reports with regards to delivered quantities and completions
  • Infrastructure interface for MTM finance, MTM procurement, all suppliers.
  • Provide best practice supply and procurement advice / information and implement for infrastructure.
  • Continuously guide the business on supply / contract / procurement activities.
  • Provide accurate and timely data to ensure that the monthly infra claim is submitted within agreed timelines
  • Apply open, diligent and thorough communication across multi disciplines
  • Quality assured record keeping and attention for detail is fundamental on all matters
  • Any other duties as specified by manager
Education, skills and experience:
  • Engineering, Construction and/or Rail industry experience preferred
  • Engineering, planning qualification preferred
  • 5 years previous planning experience within a high volume industry desirable/required
  • Attention to detail and experienced in setting up detailed work flows and databases
