Our awesome Marketing team is expanding, and we are building a whole new internal agency to support Betfair’s fantastic marketing led growth strategy in the next two years. This new in-house agency will encompass media, creative and production services and that is just the beginning.

We are building a new team from the ground up. Our new Marketing Enablement Team consists of some very exciting new opportunities across a breath of new roles, including Production, Creative, Content, Media Traders and Leadership.

We are particularly excited about this specific opportunity, as our Digital Media Trader - Search, Social & Native!

The role will partner with the brand and acquisition marketing team, to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness metrics. The role also works with our external media agency to build and execute integrated campaign plans across channels. This role is accountable for search, social and native trading while the media agency is responsible for traditional media, TV, Radio, Print and OOH.


What we are looking for:

  • Drive growth through smart, efficient, and effective deployment of the channel budget
  • Achieve KPI’s relating to customer acquisition targets, CPA and CPM
  • Partner with the media agency and acquisition team to execute integrated plans that complement brand awareness driving activity with performance driving activity
  • High attention to detail and ability to interpret data and make optimisations in real time

But there is a catch. To be in the running for this great role, you should have:

Relevant qualification in marketing or related field and 3+ years relevant digital media buying experienceAdWords and Facebook Blueprint certification and experience in agency working across multiple accounts highly regarded Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition In-depth experience with bid management toolsFamiliarity with A/B and multivariate experiments Knowledge and experience in AdTech and buying platforms for Search, Social & NativeSpecific experience with platforms & tools such as Social, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Search, strong knowledge of Google Search Console and Native Platforms such as Outbrain, Taboola etc Native, experience with native ad copy and it’s programmatic delivery Google Tag Manager (GTM) & implementation of CM Floodlights
