What you'll do

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will include the management and oversight of all Master Control operations within the business - including staffing, quality control and administrative tasks as required. Your department is responsible for the coordination and distribution of video/audio paths for television, radio and online.

How you'll contribute

The key requirements for this role will be to ensure the smooth running of the company's Master Control Room, including working with Master Control Operators to facilitate our clients requirements, ensure a seamless transmission and deliver the best possible results for our partners.

What you'll bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2-3 years experience in a Master Control or Presentation environment, be able to demonstrate management skills and be highly organised. All candidates must have excellent communication and computer literacy skills, and be able to clearly and confidently communicate technical issues with clients and internal team members.
