About the role

Based in Dandenong South, this Australian owned company are an innovative designer and manufacturer of cardboard packing solutions. As their successful business continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced Production Assistant to join their team.

The successful candidate will commence in a full-time, permanent role. Hours will be from 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30am-2:00pm Friday with opportunities for overtime. This person will be comfortable in a fast-paced role assisting in production, warehousing and deliveries.

You will be a part of a supportive team and have opportunities for growth within the organisation.

Duties

• Use of counterbalance forklift to restock machines and load/unload trucks
• Wrap, strap and deliver finished goods in HR truck as required
• Store and prepare goods for delivery
• Complete required paperwork

Skill and experience

• Valid LF and HR licences with relevant experience
• Warehousing experience (ideally in a printing/packaging environment)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible to assist in all areas as required
