About the role:
Our client is a leading Australian financial services organisation. They have a great opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst with strong workflow, process experience, strong stakeholder engagement and some PEGA, loan/or decisioning experience experience to join on an initial contract to end of August 2021.
About you:
- Defining business requirements in both traditional and agile forms
- Knowledge of systems and processes in the financial services market (banking would be preferred)
- Experienced in both business analysis
- Designing for customer and employee experience including journey mapping
- A strong background in process modelling and business process improvement
- Experience with integration technologies and capabilities
- Familiarity with procurement processes
- Comfortable with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
