About the role

You will join a team of compliance analysts, officers and consultants, supporting the compliance framework through performing delivery contractor audits

Responsibilities

• Undertaking audits on delivery contractors to identify potential non-compliance concerning matters of pay, superannuation, sham contracting and visa conditions
• Comprehensive reviews of financial records, internal data and contractor agreements
• Undertaking remediation activities, writing reports and recommendations to the Manager for escalation

Skills and experience

• Clear written and verbal communicator, with an ability to build rapport a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver beneficial outcomes
• Well-developed research, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Quick learner that is agile and adaptable in a high pressure and dynamic environment
• Have exceptional time management skills, able to work deliver high quality work despite time constraints
• Demonstrated knowledge, or ability to acquire knowledge of 3rd party contracting arrangements, with emphasis on legislative requirements
• Internal audit, investigations and/or compliance experience in a complex organisation is desirable
