  • Build and maintain effective relationships with team members and influence stakeholders on matters related to the business finance management and business enablement services

Role Type- Permanent, Full-time

As a Business Enablement Analyst, will assist an enterprise compliance divisional team with business enablement services with focus on monitoring business finance expenditure, resource and project cost management.

This role will focus on;
  • Monthly business finance expenditure monitoring and reporting
  • Monthly initiative/project expenditure reporting
  • Management of resource recruitment approvals and movements across business unit
  • Maintain functional and team structure documentation
  • Central contact point to co-ordinate and support project management system updates
  • Central point to co-ordinate and assist the initiatives leads through the initiative checkpoint process

The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to engage and influence at all levels in the business unit, by referencing financial management and project management office experience to support team members understand, interpret and monitor financial expenditure across budgets and project spend.

This role supports the Strategy, Enablement and Learning portfolio that provide services to an enterprise compliance business unit. There is opportunity for growth and exposure to other services such as operational strategy, objective setting etc.
