We are looking to hire a motivated and team oriented Warehouse Officer to join our small team covering Australia & New Zealand.

Working across all warehouse functions, the post holder will efficiently utilise the available resources to ensure Radiometer stock is stored and distributed in a timely and cost efficient manner.

This role is open to experienced candidates and someone wanting to support our health care customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Pick, pack, con note and invoice days orders
  • Liaise with Customer Service to manage warehouse workflow
  • Check off, put away and receipt weekly shipment
  • Raise any claims for short or incorrect supply RMED (SRC’s)
  • Process credit notes pertaining to SRC’s
  • Check off, put away and assist with the manual receipting of other deliveries
  • Arrange ‘Same Day’ or ‘Next Flight’ deliveries as required
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Process credit returns to warehouse
  • Maintain adequate supply of consumables
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse
  • Remotely support the New Zealand warehouse with manual receipts, inventory issues and troubleshooting

Inventory Control – Australia:
  • Assist in the maintenance of Inventory accuracy
  • Prepare and participate in yearly stock take
  • Complete rolling stock counts – including creating, counting, keying any adjustments and documenting
  • Manage inventory locations
  • Including maintaining a summary spreadsheet and reporting on all results on a quarterly basis

  • Participate in local team meetings as required
  • Employ DBS tools to continuously improve RPAC Warehouse capabilities
  • Any other duty as may be required



Knowledge Skills & Experience
  • Extensive experience in a warehouse role
  • Exposure to stock control and understanding of the principles
  • Demonstrated interaction between customer service and the warehouse
  • Demonstrated awareness of the need to support other departments
  • Competent user across Microsoft Applications
  • Proven experience in operating a WHMS
  • Forklift licence

  • Experience in the Healthcare Industry

Warehouse Manager - Direct line manager, will provide direct supervision, support and feedback. Will manage daily workflow/provide training.

Team Members - Co-ordinate on daily workflow/provide training and advice.

Must communicate timely and accurately with all internal stakeholders such as Sales, Field Service, RA/QA, Sales Support, Finance, Marketing, HR, IT & GM.


Must create and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers and suppliers.
