Digital marketing – junior campaign manager

This role will be responsible for implementation and monitoring digital advertising campaigns, on Google search, Youtube and Facebook business manager.

Position brief

Campaign manager is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, based on brief and media assets of our clients. He or she is responsible for maximising the return on media investment, within the prevailing media market and conditions.


Working under supervision of head of Campaign Management, the campaign manager will be responsible for:

  • Provisioning of campaign and creatives on media platform
  • Set campaign budget as per media plan
  • Scheduling and creation / revisions where appropriate
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues
  • Liaise with Account managers in ca
  • Monitoring of campaign budget spent
  • Report on campaign performance metrics
  • Review and provide inputs to client monthly campaign ROI reports
  • Identify and report on campaign trends and performance insights
  • Present findings in account review sessions
  • Provide key market insights to Account managers and sales team

Team structure

Reporting to a nominated Campaign manager.

Reporting cycle

  • daily company stand-ups
  • daily Campaign Manager scrum

  • account management review (periodic)

Work environment

Staff are expected to work from the office and from home. Tasks and documentations, reports are managed on a number of collaboration software, as well as digital marketing platforms. These are controlled by user logins, some also has 2FA implemented.

All new nlom employee goes thru structured on boarding process, during their first three-month probation period. This covers in-house standards, data privacy policy, campaign fulfilment process, campaign briefs and recent campaign performance for specific accounts.

He or she is allocated a specific team lead, and specific client accounts. We conduct an end of month review, where review, set and document professional development goals for next period.

The team operates in an agile environment. Specifically entire company meet up daily for a company stand-ups the morning. Operational staff (esp Campaign Manager) conduct a scrum in the afternoon.

There is also a monthly innovation meeting to review learnings and provide feedback to R&D team.

We expect the intern to go thru the same nlom new employee onboarding process, and take part in our agile meetings.
