Located in Campbellfield, our client is a highly reputable fit out business with multiple ongoing projects within Melbourne's CBD. Currently they are looking for a Project Manager with a strong history in delivering hospitality projects up to $2.5m for a hospitality project in the CBD and need an experienced project manager to deliver the project from start through to completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead on the fit out and delivery of project from set-up to finish
• Make sure there is complete transparency with the client throughout all projects
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for site works and delivery matters
• Monitor site conditions and be responsible for Health & Safety
• Attend project-specific meetings
• Prepare document drafts for approval and arrange sample submission as assigned
• Input to tender as and when required
• Provide guidance and coaching to the project team

To be considered you must have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or trade background
• Experience using project management tools - Ability to adapt to new software if needed.
• Proven track record for project delivery – 3/4 years minimum working on hospitality projects in values of $1-2M
• Strong understanding of drawings and services related to hospitality projects.
• Strong Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
