The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an executive account manager to join a leading ASIC licenced Margin Forex and Contracts for Difference provider based in Melbourne CBD. This role will primarily involve relationship management and customer service practices within a fast paced environment

The Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming enquiries from clients and prospective clients via email, live chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide client support including technical, operational and basic trading
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures, as implemented by the Compliance Committee
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide an exceptional level of support for key accounts

About You
  • Previous experience in a relationship management role within financial services
  • Genuine interest in financial trade environment- previous experience is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in a second language will be an advantage
  • Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve customer satisfaction
