We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Courier to join our Operations Team located in Port Melbourne!



WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?

• Coordinating and leading ground operations staff, and couriers including independent contractors to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  
  

• Liaising with other lead couriers and supervisors to discuss and determine route requirements and resource allocations
  
  

• Providing support to the supervisor and problem solving to address any issues encountered during the shift 
  
  

• Coordinating outside hire requirements and third party handover
  
  

• You will be working as part of a team of approximately 30 couriers in our Port Melbourne Warehouse
  
  

• You will be working 38 hours per week on a morning shift starting from 06:00am Monday to Friday. You would need to have flexibility to work longer hours as required during peak periods
