JOB DESCRIPTION

If you are an experienced Risk & Compliance professional that has industry experience across either labor hire or franchising and you are looking for a challenging opportunity then this is a role you will need to consider.

In This Role You Will Be Involved In

  • Managing a number of franchise agreements
  • Reviewing client agreements
  • Managing all ASIC registrations
  • Labor hire licensing
  • Insurance renewals pertaining to Professional Indemnity & Public Liability
  • Maintaining ISO certification
  • Managing Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Engaging directly with a number of franchisee's
  • Setting up a compliance framework pertaining to the above

In order to be considered for this role ideally you will have at least 4+ years working across the Risk & Compliance space and have worked within the labor hire or franchising industries. You must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, exceptional communication skills and have a proven track record of taking a proactive approach to Risk & Compliance.
