Are you an experienced Business Analyst with Program planning / development experience? Our nationwide manufacturing client is looking for strong BA to assist with the set up of the program in terms of developing/facilitating governance content including Strategies, Plans, guidelines and instructions. This will include working with Business Units to identify any specific compliance requirements they have.

Activities may include:

• Analysing the program plan (with the Architect and PMs) and developing Project Briefs for teams to scope up and plan
• Participating in the execution of central(Corporate) projects in the establishment, refinement or augmentation of global Standards, Policies and Solutions for Cyber
• liaising with projects to provide direction and guidance in areas such as QA, Risks & Issues, Change Mgt etc
• Develop business cases
• Analyse business processes
• Requirements facilitation and other analytical skills;
• Process mapping, Data Migration, Agile ways of working

Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of project lifecycle and project methodologies
• Experience gathering business requirements, articulation and validation, process mapping and policy/ procedural documentation
• Previous experience in defining and developing the program roadmap
• Experience developing business cases
• Experience working in an Hybrid environment
• Solid skills in Microsoft suite - word, excel, PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Multi-tasker and strong ability to prioritise
• Experience in utilities, manufacturing services is nice to have
