The goal of the Senior Business Analyst within the Financial Crime Change Program (FCCP) is to provide analytical services to assist with the technical implementation of solutions, as well as interfacing with senior project and business stakeholders. FCCP is responsible for identifying, managing and mitigating money laundering and terrorism financing risks. The successful candidate will be working closely with project and business stakeholders from across the enterprise.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst who has strong experience across the financial crime domain to contribute to the strategic direction of the bank.

Your new role awaits

As a Senior Business Analyst working across complex and challenging projects, you will have experience working with both technical teams & business stakeholders to document business requirements and see these through to production.

Your Experience.

  • Prior knowledge and strong experience working as a Senior Business Analyst in Financial Crime or related discipline.
  • Proven background in working with business users to elicit and define user requirements through the use of the most appropriate method(s), and translate them into functional requirements, and contribute to the management of stakeholder expectations
  • Experience working in an Agile fashion
  • Strong experience with Jira/Confluence
  • Previous experience running workshops and articulating reasons/benefits for any changes made to the system to users/stakeholders effectively and passionately
  • Experience with Excel at an Intermediate level is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build key relationships through your knowledge and passion for fighting financial crime.
