A great opportunity has come up for an experienced Administration / Fleet Co-ordinator to join a reputable transport company based in Sunbury.

What’s on offer?

  • Immediate start
  • Ongoing role
  • Full time hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Monday – Friday
  • Sunbury location
  • $35+ per hour
Duties include, although are not limited to:
  • Planning, managing, and troubleshooting transport fleet.
  • Customer Service (Heavily telephone-based role)
  • Liaising with drivers and transport suppliers
  • Using Microsoft Package (Outlook, Word, Excel etc) and transport booking software
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
  • Proven previous experience in a similar role – an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong transport background.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Package.
  • Flexible to work overtime if required.
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn.
