JOB DESCRIPTION
A great opportunity has come up for an experienced Administration / Fleet Co-ordinator to join a reputable transport company based in Sunbury.
What’s on offer?
- Immediate start
- Ongoing role
- Full time hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Monday – Friday
- Sunbury location
- $35+ per hour
- Planning, managing, and troubleshooting transport fleet.
- Customer Service (Heavily telephone-based role)
- Liaising with drivers and transport suppliers
- Using Microsoft Package (Outlook, Word, Excel etc) and transport booking software
- Proven previous experience in a similar role – an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong transport background.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Package.
- Flexible to work overtime if required.
- A great attitude and willingness to learn.
